What do I get as a paying subscriber?

By updating to Premium, you unlock all functionality in the app. Your partner also gets access to all features at no extra cost.

You and your partner can share how you’re doing, and see each other’s check-ins and answers to the Question of the Day. You also get access to valuable insights about your well-being as individuals and as a couple over time.

How do we connect our accounts?

The person who buys the subscription will have the option to send an invitation to their partner in the last step. The invitation contains a 6-digit code that the partner will use. The partner creates their own account, but selects “Accept invitation” instead of “Invite partner” when the time comes. In the last step, the partner will enter the 6-digit code to link the accounts.

The person that bought the subscription can also see the 6-digit number in the check-in screen.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Coupleness subscription anytime by following the steps below. You will continue to have access to all the Premium content until your subscription expires.

iPhone
  1. Open your settings on your phone.
  2. Tap “Apple ID, iCloud,” which can usually be found at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap “Subscriptions” to manage and cancel your subscription.
Android
  1. Go to your Google Play Store App.
  2. Tap your account icon, which can usually be found at the top right of your screen.
  3. Tap “Payments & subscriptions” to manage and cancel your subscription.

I can’t access my account - what should I do?

Try downloading Coupleness again. Then on the home screen, there is a button that says “Already a member.” Click there and login with your email and password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it using the “forgotten password” option. You will then receive an email with a 6-digit code, and in the next step you’ll choose a new password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, look in the spam folder in case it got stuck in a filter.

What do I do if I forgot my email or password?

When on the login screen, click "Forgot password?" If you forgot which email you used to sign up, try entering an email you might have used. If you don't get an email with a code, then that is not the email you used and you can try another one. If you are stumped, reach out to us at contact@getcoupleness.com and we will help you.

If you forgot your password, after clicking "Forgot password?" you will be prompted to enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a code. Enter the code in the app, and then enter a new password. You will then be logged into your account and can check in about your day.

Will I lose my data if I cancel my subscription?

No, what you have input while you had a Premium subscription will still be available to you if you unsubscribe. However, you and your partner will no longer be able to see each other’s information and insights.
